Florida Cracker Hats does not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect selections, sizing preferences, color preferences, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at floridacrackerhats@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
